This EP was thought up during long lonesome hikes through snow-coated fields and forests in the Northern British country-side during January 2022. On these hikes I would often look up and feel enthralled by the great trees that towered. Some of those trees had been there for lifetimes upon lifetimes. I thought of how many people those trees had seen that are now long departed from this Earth and how many of those people had stood exactly where I stood, and felt the same tree that I had felt.
